The guild organizes various, different events and parties during the year. KIK aims to be an active guild which knows how to have fun.

Parties

• Sitsit
  

  Sitsit is an academic dinner party. Sitsit are very common in student life in Finland. The evening starts with a complete dinner and ends with an afterparty. Important is not to eat, but to enjoy singing, good drinks and good company.

• Sauna evenings
  

  Informal parties which have a theme are called sauna evenings, because party facilities in Otaniemi usually have a sauna. Food and drinks are available.

• Anniversary party and sillis
  

  KIK celebrates its anniversary every year. The anniversary party is called Cuba Night and it is a fine, formal academic party. Dress code is white tie. Afterparty is of course included, and in the next morning it its time to navigate to sillis. Sillis a breakfast party, offering the tired celebrators some good food, sparkling wine and once again, top company.

  KIK has an own team in floorball, volleyball and basketball.

  The guild has a weekly ice hockey hall reservation near Otaniemi.
